Dolores Cannon was an American hypnotherapist and author, best known for founding Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). She developed this method after years of research and practice in past-life regression and hypnosis. Cannon began her work in the 1960s and, over time, refined her approach to help individuals access deep levels of consciousness.
